Choose which ad accounts the app can use
Limit the account switcher to the ad accounts you actually launch on, and add missing portfolios.
Open General settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, then the General tab. Scroll to the Ad accounts section.
Tick the accounts you want
Every ad account your Facebook profile can reach is listed with its business portfolio, account ID and currency. Use All or None to toggle everything, or tick individual rows. Accounts marked “disabled” or “no access” cannot be used.
Save the selection
Click Save selection. At least one account must be enabled — the button reads “Enable at least one account” until you tick one. The sidebar account switcher updates immediately.
Missing an account? Share more portfolios
If an ad account is not in the list, click Change shared portfolios in the Facebook connection section above. Facebook reopens its asset dialog where you can grant additional business portfolios or ad accounts. Then click the refresh icon (“Reload from Meta”) next to the list.
Good to know
- Your plan limits how many ad accounts you can launch on: Starter 1, Core 5, Pro 15. Enabling more than your plan covers shows “The plan covers N ad accounts and all seats are in use.”
- If the list is empty, check your roles in Meta Business Manager — pushmoreads can only see what your Facebook profile can see.
