Track a launch and fix failures
The Launches dock reports every batch in real time and links failures to the setting that caused them.
Open the Launches dock
After clicking Publish ads, the Launches card in the bottom-right corner shows “publishing…”. It stays visible while you navigate to other pages.
Watch progress
The In progress tab lists running batches with “X/N ads”. When finished, the batch moves to Completed with “N ads launched” or “N launched · M failed”.
Read failure details
Expand a failed batch to see Meta’s error message per ad. Common causes: missing Facebook Page, missing EU identity, expired Facebook token, an Instagram video post targeted at Facebook placements.
Fix and relaunch
Click Fix in Settings → to jump to the responsible settings card, correct it, then repeat the launch for the failed creatives. Successful ads from the same batch are not affected.
Good to know
- Error notifications appear top-right. Success is shown in the dock and on the History page rather than as a pop-up.
